I know its more of a personal opinion rather than a suggestion but if you could simplify the movement so that you only have one icon to move within your designated movement range instead of having between all of the jump/walk buttons.
The only reason Im suggesting this is because I like to have all of my battle options visible right away instead of having to navigate the submenus within the time limit of multiplayer and im sure im not the only one.

I can understand this but I also like having them in sub menus as I've accidentally clicked things before that almost cost me battles. I'd hate to accidentally move while not meaning to.

Im not saying replace it with another mechanic im just saying it would be much easier and smoother to have a single movement button which when clicked brings up the same green highlights as it would normally but for the entire range of movement.

Which is? Forwards, back, and jump button is all under one button so unless you're talking about teleport or charge I'm confused.

Ill try to explain with an example...
Say you have a mech with legs equipped that can move 1 or jump 2
Instead of having four buttons in a submenu (Move left/right) (Jump left/right)
Have one button that when clicked would display the green movement flares 2 spaces in front and 2 spaces in the back as that is the max movement that mech can make in one turn.

Okay, then I will disagree. It is not difficult the way it is but it is specific.

Never said it was difficult and it would still stay just as specific...
It would just serve to further clean up the interface.

That's not a messy part of the interface though and it is more likely for someone to accidentally make a wrong move compared to hitting the specific button. They can still do something wrong now but I'd say it is less likely.

I like the submenu structure, in fact I would like to stay as it is all the time, but they automatically expand when enough space, especially at lower level.
