Could it be possible to create a blacklist of people you don't want to fight in PvP?
For example, last night I had a person who froze the fight three times in a row when he was loosing. It is annoying if you get paired up against such people and the same *CENSORED* happens again.

I voted yes because something needs to be done - although the number of exploits will be reduced by patches and currently I think its only the freeze exploit that is working. Hopefully that will be stopped soon.
Not sure what exactly would be the mechanism of the blacklist - just a list of exploiters, or actually blocking them from PvP, but you still got my 'yes' in either case.

Well one issue I could see with this is the farming players could simply blacklist the other farmers and then have literally no competition. While many would not want to do that since they wish to fight we all know there are plenty that would. Holding my vote for now.
however it would be cool to implement an option to ignore a player during that one session. it would eliminate all the quitting people do when they inevitably run into a stronger build. and it would deal with glitchers nicely.

Good point, maybe you can only put somebody on the blacklist you encountered during this session (being a quitter myself).

but if they did that there would be so little people to fight for the stronger builds cuz we'd be on every1s blacklist

Agreed.
Also, I am sure that players who just love win streaks will probably block someone who has outplayed them on more than one occasion.
