i've seen the account think +100 mythical's how he do that? campaing already complete (i think  ) do you must to spend real money to get these "very rare" items? ... that's my question

Dude, the most Top Players have like +300 mythical items, thats very normal.
i'm a F2P player but i have 64 myths from oppening free boxes, at Christmas, special updates and free tokens...

http://imgur.com/a/kGkZPas you can see in that album i made, i have a lot more mythical then any normal players and the trick is easy: buy 1000 tokens a week if you cant do that then 400 is fine as well.
