I have found two underage players, particularly one, mr. moo, who constantly asks for females phone numbers and to chat with them. I have asked them to stop, and they will not.

mr. moo: I'm 11 ### boom
mr. moo: no
Cthulhu: You're a weirdo
Cthulhu: and It's illegal to say you're 13 which you did by joining multiplayer, and not be
Mr. moo: It's the recommended age
