despite the experienced supermechs players almost unanimusly (with the exception of the guy who had two of them) agreeing that any more than -75 would make the super nova overpowered considering the lack of a need for amo and its lighter weight compared to the death punch and how much harder it is to recover from an energy drain compared to an overheat you decide we'll just make it -90. it's still too *CENSORED* high.

I honestly stopped playing supermechs after that weapon came out because I was so put off by the profit whoring and the complete disregard for balance. then I heard it would be nerfed so I came back to see assuming the devs would take the criticisms onboard but you still set it much higher than what the experts said would be the absolute maximum in terms of getting it balanced.

I dont even care if you make the electrical damage a little higher but -90 energy is too *CENSORED* much as was -110.

I honestly don't even know what the devs were thinking with this weapon. obviously trying to extend the deathpunch hype to energy mechs but it's just a poorly-thought out and poor;y-executed mess atm.

get your *CENSORED* in order.

Still overpowered. The Total Resource damage it does is 140-176. Even a Needle Blaster only does 85-90 Resource damage. No "nerf" was done but rather reworked. Still a terribly overpowered weapon. It NEEDS to be down to -75 or -65.

Agreed but still it would do tremendous damage..i think it should have a higher energy consumption-like: -50-40

For weeks ... double Needle Blaster Mark II was the best mech-build.

than ...

for weeks ... double/triple
Death Punsh Mark II was best mech-build.

now ...

for weeks ... double
Super Nova Mark I is best mech-build.

There will ALWAYS be one or two setups / weapons, which are the stongest :!:

If you lower the strength of weapons OTHER weapons will be the best option :!:

A 100 % balance in a game / of weapons is not possible :!:

Only way would be ... we ALL play with the exactly same mech, same weapons, same fusion, same equipement, and that would be MORE than boring :!:

;)
