Is there a way that we can replenish our battle credits for multi-player?

We used to get them as possible random draws when the daily random item was chosen from cards. Now that we've gone to item boxes, I'm not seeing them.

I lost 30 credits as it was when the new campaign map was introduced (129 credits down to 99), and so I'm getting a little worried.
