what is the best shield for you(im talking about level not if is heat or energy shield)??

Energy Shield Mark 3
12 weight
20% Absorption
3 Energy per 2 Damage

sometimes i use the 25% absorption but it depletes my energy to fast if i am going against a physical build.

Same for me, I might actually have just a bit to small energy supply for it, but normally it's just what I want. IT takes some damage without stealing all my energy.
