i looked at seth his spec and saw that he is in america, iLona is from germany and mike is from israel .
how do you people comunicate ?
i mean like not just a regular job, sit in a office " hey man sup, tommorow is the nba playoffs"

i hope its skype?, or do you admins meet at a place like in europe ?
find it hard to believe u people live in different countries and still some how work with each other. are am i missing something?

Yeah, we communicate over Skype. Michael and me attend on important conferences together if possible and needed though but most time its really just Skype. We don't have a place to meet and most of us never saw each other in real life.
Our staff:

Eran, Liran = Israel
Julius, Joe, Mike, Seth = USA
Tom = UK
Simen = Norway
me = germany
and Michael (CEO) is wherever he wants to be :lol:

actually they have to fly to Israel everyday to work, then fly back when work is done

Basicly the admins just sit at home behind a desktop with a cup of coffe + eating chicken wings and skype each other .
