listen aecus im here over a year now, i know you will disagree with it but its 2014 all time ranking .

u may be familiar with niko1313 and ronbloom , paradoxon , those old other players that don't run the play any more . but did in the old system 3.5 beta

so that clear :

they keep dominating and win a great majority of all the battles when u look at their replays + they allways appear in the top 10 weekly ranking for the prize.

2 weeks ago, Ogonna weren't even in the weekly top10 rankings. How can you put him 1st in your top10 list?

I'd radher do that top10 list by the wins of weekly tournament, rather than by the appearances in the weekly top10.

For example:

Paradoxon - 2x 1st, 1x 2nd, 1x 3rd.
333 - 2x 1st, 1x 3rd.
pegasoto3 - 3x 3rd.
Big Al - 1x 1st, 1x 2nd.
Ogonna - 1x 1st.
dolofonos - 1x 2nd.
San4ezz1987 - 1x 3rd.

There are others as well (e.g. OptimusPrime) but they weren't currently online for me to check their medal count.

i understand how u feel but for now the ladderpoints is the only proof for ogonna that he is #1 , cuz nobody for now can't beat him

ogonna doesn't buy ladder points , and the rest above that u call can't beat ogonna so i compared him right

lv30 players should be #1 and not lv15-18-22-26

cuz ur suppose to proof urself worthy by beating the highest competter at lv30

for example niko1313 was the best ever back then he dominated at every level i will admit that. from lv 18-22-30. but he ain't around anymore

conclusion: i dare u to beat his ladderpoints then i will put u at #1 ,

I will keep this short:

Ladder points do not matter. They are based on weekly gains, and not the "all time ranking list" your forum topic is about. Ogonna isn't the best player. He is a good player, but many other players have a higher KDR than he does. In fact, KDR should matter more because it gives a clearer indication on your skill after the week passes. I have seen people who play the game solidly for 1 week straight and then quit. This does not make them the "best player" as they simply just played a lot.

Level 30's do have more competition. However, they don't have to deal with playing against higher levels. You forget to include this. If I am playing at level 22 and I can routinely beat lvl 26's, that has to account for something in my "overall skill", as higher levels have more torsos, weapons, and modules to worry about. In fact, if the highest player was playing at lvl 26, that would be the best indication of skill. This is because he would routinely go against lvl 30's and have to beat them, and lvl 30's are also extremely competitive.
