Do you guys notice when players actually buy tokens? I do and i dont mind showing my support to a good game. I was just wondering if you keep track of token sales in general, or actuallly keep track of token sells per account and actually know who is showing the most "monetery support"

I don't think so, maybe staff members keep track of token sales, or keep a track of token sells per account and actually know who is showing the most "monetary support" but preferably; I think payments should remain private and only the person who is responsible of the payments in Tactisoft should know.
I remember one day I boosted a lot, I received an in game message from the admin that said thank you for boosting and supporting BattleDawn!

I'm not the SM staff and I don't know the exact situation, but generally companies keep track of all the transactions and payments that customers made. Some of them are anonymous though, but some are not.

Think of it like when u're going to a supermarket, if u buy things normally, the supermarket only stores wat thing u bought and how much u paid, probably the time and date as well. It doesn't record who u are or any details related to ur personal info.

But when u register as a member, have a member discount card, they MIGHT records who u are. This personal info can be used to see the demographic of the customers and analyze to make their services and products better.

In the case of SM (and BD as well) I believe there is a log of when, how much and how many times have u bought tokens, or at least, a transaction ID that u got when u buy tokens, and it should be attached to ur username to make it easier for them to manage and act in case of payment problems. Whether or not will they use it to see who bought the most, and reward or recognize them, is not known. But I don't think they will though.
