That is the same colour as the Trainee Moderators in my list :!:

So do Trainee Moderators not exist anymore too :?:

Well this kind of mechanics u don't remember normally , only during war u need them u remember them.
Maybe when next time I'm in war I encounter this situation I'll let u know. Though I don't play anymore , just hang out on forums.

Well I can give u a advice/suggestion/tip

Do some work for next tribune ,
Then after that ask Alex to make you traniee moderator .
I'm not sure , but I have heard that you put a lot of money in this game and now since u even have worked for tribune , u can request Alex to make u trainee moderator.

But if u have any previous bans on ur account , ur chances are less , and if u think u won't tell Alex that u were banned earlier and get away with it (in case) that won't happen since mods have to power to see previous bans on accounts.
Also we can't forget all that flame wars u had with ogonna and some of ur controversial threads which reduce ur chances to be a moderation team member.

Enough with the discussions about how to become a moderator. Besides some information (such as spending or writing articles for blues having anything to do with becoming a moderator - they do not. We look for leadership qualities, people who take initiative in making the community a better place.) being incorrect, this simply isn't the place for it.

Feel free to make a new thread on how to become a moderator - i'll happily weight in and go into detail on how our current mods were selected and what we look for.
