From the 6 gold item boxes I opened as my gift key reward, I got 4 mythicals: a bullet module, a wipeout, an electric orb and an ultraspade.

On the other occasions I've opened gold boxes, I got some mythicals as well. Often I got nothing of value (like an energy module) but once I got 3 mythicals in a single box.

It's purely a matter of luck, but if you open enough you will find good mythical items.
