I apologize that nothing has been done (or at least nothing that you can see). I cannot personally say if anything has been done as I do not know. However, I can say that contacting the development team would not get you the results you are looking for unfortunately. The development teams job is not to ban players or to maintain the community. It's to develop and improve the game for the players enjoyment. It's a shame (from what I know) that it was not directed to our community manager (however, once again, I cannot say for absolute certain that it has or has not, but the fact that nothing was done or said is sad to hear).

However, my first statement should still hold true. We all need to be respectful to one another. If they aren't to you, it doesn't mean you should immediately insult them back. As they say, two wrongs don't make a right (3 left's do though )

I am very sorry to hear that someone is threatening you though and that is not behavior we accept. I will do my best to see if I can't help in these matters moving forward. My knowledge of SM is limited as I am on the BD side of things, but regardless of the game, certain behaviors should be stopped. No player is above the rules. So I have no avenue of reporting his behavior, since apparently moderators have no power and developers have no power. I have no idea how a game can't have a system to deal with abusive/unfair behavior but apparently not much thought was put into it.

It is the community manager's job to ensure these items are taken care of immediately by our staff. I can say that we are undergoing changes in terms of that position though, so that could very well be part of the issue. As I said though, I am personally going to do my best to get these issues dealt with, however, I have no info, screenshots, etc. to do anything with. I am on the BD side, not the SM, so I am not as familiar with the SM's escalation process for dealing with all of these issues, but I can safely assume they should be similar to the BD side. I do not want our community to believe that we are not taking you seriously, but as I said, the dev team's job is not to deal with the community. That is the job of the community manager, whom should be telling our admin's what actions to take in such matters.

I cannot do anything about the past. So if something similar happens to you again, please message me in PM or on skype and I will ensure that it gets escalated upwards. However, that is the only thing I can do for you. It is up to you to accept my offer or not.

But I will agree, please respect our staff. Everyone on the staff are part of it because we love this community. Some are paid, many are not (none of your mod staff are paid, they are here because they simply love the game and want to help). But we are still human beings as well

As I said before, if another issue arises, please contact me and I will escalate it appropriately. But please also keep in mind, answers won't always be immediate. Everyone has their own life to attend to and sometimes we need a little time.

No, they'd most likely simply ban both. However, we aren't tyrants either. We do believe in second chances for everyone (sometimes even third, and fourth and so on). But in all honesty, even if we ban, people can create a new account and repeat as well. But, we would not shut the game down without a serious matter coming into play. Best and Ogonna's fights are by no means such a reason.

I'd personally like to avoid all this though and simply work things out by everyone simply respecting one another. Friendly rivalry is great, but don't cross that line into harassment please. If there is a serious issue such as cheating, we will look into it and act appropriately. Usually if no action was taken, it's because there was not a sufficient reason to ban.
