Question ... HOW it comes that AFTER you clear words - Ogonna have read it (he wrote here also) - Ogonna STIL (now the 15th - 20th time) OPEN new topics ACUSING many players in the forum about cheating. Also he start an extra-topic call "Mental Illness".
P.S.: Ilona yes such words are a shame, and of course I will report it to Michael and Liran, because that was just the start from him. I just posted that one screenshot, because - as you can see again - HE started EVEN in THIS thread with bad words

I hope, no one will be able to show such a screenshot again and certain Top-Players are able to behave in future. Its about common sense in such a global game. We are coming from all countries of the world and such comments are really misplaced in a game thats meant to be fun. Racism, fouled language, anti-female, and also Real life issues should stay out. The game is played from people of all ages, and therefore especially the mature players should take care of their language as well as their behavior in-game and at the forum. Thx!
We do take all of these matters seriously, please do not think that we don't. But first and foremost, player's should be respectful of one another. To me, from a neutral standpoint, it looks like both sides have made a few wrongs along the way. I personally saw the "mental illness" topic and it was locked as I believe it should be. Actually, I would even say it should be deleted.
Neither side should be attacking or insulting the other. If you have an issue with a player or harassment of any sort, please PM one of the staff. We will do our best to escalate the matter appropriately. We are fine with people egging each other on and having a little fun arguing, but we ask that you don't take it too far. This is a game meant to provide people of all ages with fun. The last thing we want is for you to think we are ignoring you. Thanks!

You might wonder why I post on forums instead of taking my complaints to the developers. I used to do that, in private email. Nothing was ever done despite the massive instances of abusive behavior - and I'm not talking about cheating, which has happened and is proven. I'm talking about foul, abusive language (in English and German), curses, threats to my family and me, and my clan members.
The level of harassment my clan members and I face is unthinkable. One of my clan members - "gladiator" - was told to "die b****". A screenshot was sent to developers to report that. Nothing was done, so it was posted on this forum; you probably saw it.
In any other game, this would be dealt with immediately. After one instance of a death threat, the player would be banned. That goes far beyond plain rudeness or "gamesmanship" - it's bordering on illegal.
Nothing is ever done, because this person pays thousands of dollars to the game. He/she/it essentially owns the game and the people in charge.
Anyone who has the power to do something and doesn't should be ashamed.
