For a while I couldn't figure out what the story of Supermechs was. So I just decided to make my own. I always had a writers talent, so I decided, 'why the hell not?' Keep in mind that this is just experimental, as I am sort of just a beginner. Anyways, without further ado, here goes nothing:

Supermechs takes place 800 years into the future. Some may think technology just evolved, but it is much more complicated than that. What if all this cool mech *CENSORED* was forced to be made? What if we are not the only ones in the galaxy? Here's my theory.

After the peace treaty that ended World War 3, 700 years ago, mankind was vulnerable to attack. Of course this was very unlikely, so nobody worried about it. So came that day when an alien race now known as the Novax traveled to earth to colonize it. They didn't know that the planet was inhabited, so when they found out, they didn't know what to do! Eventually they came to a decision to move all the inhabitants to Antarctica, where they could hopefully live in peace. When the humans resisted violently, the Novax decided to 'force' them out, and opened fire among the citizens of New York, sparking a 300 year war against the Novax. The war raged on for 25 years before many world leaders came together to form the nation of Arkeia. The Arkeians used alien technology leftover from war zones to create weapons to help resist the alien invasion. These weapons included lasers, rockets that could track a target from over 36 miles away and power generators that could be used to power large warr machines, such as tanks, fighters, and lots more *CENSORED* more than capable of kicking alien ass. But there was another idea that had long been dismissed since the beginning of the war, because there was not a strong enough generator to power it! This ofcourse, was the mech. So it was only a matter of time before a scientist named Alexander proposed the idea to use alien generators to power a mech with the ability to single-handedly grapple with the Novax's toughest military machinery. The Arkeian council took this into consideration, and eventually approved of Alexander idea. The operation was passed to a top-notch engineering team in Japan. It took over three years of nonstop work, but it payed off in Tuesday, September 15th, 2116, when a tired engineer went back to an old design and found almost no flaws in it. Reporting his discovery immediately, the team patched up all the visible flaws and got straight into building. The engineers were so excited they rarely looked at the blueprints to see if everything was going smoothly. Before long, the first ever mech was finished in two weeks time. But they were to excited to do a checkover to see if everything went to plan. When they tested it, everything went horribly wrong, and three men were killed in the explosion, twelve more were horribly injured. The engineers felt incredibly sorry for their foolishness, and eventually quit their jobs in guilt. However, the Arkeian council needed this mech more than ever, and begged the engineers to returned to their jobs. Eventually they gave in, and worked in groups of six to redo their original design. Eventually they came to a similar conclusion, except with two main engines, instead of one. So they built it more carefully this time, and when they tested it, it was a huge success! Using these mechs, the Arkeians grappled with insane alien military without breaking a sweat, destroyed hundreds of thousands of alien vessels, and eventually brought down the terrible alien warship knows as the 'Quantum Destroyer,' capable of wiping out an entire metropolis in just minutes. 270 years later, the aliens finally agreed that the humans had grown too powerful to conquer, so they decided to end the war with a peace treaty, stating that the Novax and the Humans would keep their separate ways, without any forced activity between the two races. The end of the war worked out marvelously, and before long the Novax and the Humans formed an alliance with each other. However, many years have passed, and Arkeia was no longer needed. The world leaders returned to their own countries, leaving Arkeia leaderless. Eventually Arkeia was split into thousands of groups of people, or 'clans,' that rivaled frequently fought each other to see who was the best. Eventually this turned into a tournament, where clan members were pitted against each other to se which was the most powerful. The top three would be given high rewards by what was left of the Arkeian council, which was now nothing more than a few business men. It's now been over 500 years, and these ways have almost never changed since so long ago.
