my frined can log in game but cannot log in fourm why ??

Your account should be linked between the 2 honestly. If you log in game and click on the forums button, you should automatically go to the forums logged into your account. Has your friend attempted to do this? To me, it sounds like they are trying to log in to the forums separately.

The other thing that may be happening, they could be going through the tutorial and simply not have registered an email account yet.
