oh boy, this looks fun.

Ok first things first. The "Proof" that you have Best, please send it to me. Whomever you are sending it to is not the correct person and Ilona is still out on vacation (let her enjoy her time off peoples). I don't know who you all keep sending "proof" to, but if it's who I expect (which would be directly to the dev team), they won't act. Because that is not their job. Where the idea that the dev team will dig into individual spats between players came from... I'm not quite sure, but lemme clear this up now. The development teams job is not to handle your personal problems. I do not mean this in a demeaning way whatsoever. The development teams job is to do development for the game and improve it for players enjoyment. It is not to be your customer service. They are not trained or paid to do that.

If you send me the proof you have, I will take it and ensure it goes to the right people who are supposed to be handling this.

If it's substantial, then that should be proof enough. There is no need for public shaming and constant threads (as we've said before). We only ask that you all keep things respectful. From what we've seen so far, the provocations have been extremely petty thus far, if you have actual harassment issues however, then send them my way.

And it is indeed as they say. Best, you are provoking the issue by making it a public scene. Not to say you aren't being provoked as well (I honestly do not know), but as I said before, 2 wrongs don't make a right. Both of you can ignore the other and solve this issue without the result being a ban. And as I've said before, we have looked into matters quite a bit. We've asked Ogonna to send any proof of you bothering him to us and I'll say the same to you, if you are getting bothered, send it over. We'll access it and make a decision.

If he sends you the "proof" it will destroy the illusion that I'm "provoking" him.

I have gotten messages, and so have my clan members.

I haven't bothered to report them because I was assured by Ilona that all screenshots can be faked or edited in some way, and all the complaints against him submitted by various people during the last half year are purely circumstantial. I don't see the point in getting worked up over it anymore.

If you really want to see the screenshots, I can send them over to you, although I'm sure it's a waste of time.

One last thing to clear up: I wasn't given a ban warning. I was just told not to personally attack him on the forum, and I haven't.

I am a little peeved that any relevant topics are bumped down because he continues to talk to himself on his spam threads (like the record one, the various threads he tells himself how great he is and the OGONNAKOGONNAKOGONNAK one.)

I posted about the new SM youtube channel and it got lost in the rubble after an hour.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate some clean-up of the worthless spam threads currently occupying the top of this forum section.

To clear ...

I don't see that happening..... and for that reason, I gave a warning to one player here. It will be my first and last warning. I hate to hand out bans, but i'll do if needed and it will be a permanent one.
So if you look up your private messages and you are the one who received a warning, you better take it serious.

Thanks!

Some people should learn to read :!:

I'm very appreciative Ogonna, I have noticed you not retaliating on the forums. As for the threads which you referred to above, there is no proof that it is Best spamming his own topics for himself. If he is, then he can do so if he really wishes to. As for your own topics getting pushed down and unnoticed, it's unfortunate, but only way to really get notice is to get people to come to the forums in the first place. I've noticed a lot more SM activity, and welcome it gladly. But just like on the BD side, you can't get much attention from posting alone, you need to advertise for other's to check it out. Our forum base of players alone simply aren't expansive enough for people to just happen on by right now. Most of the active were on the BD side until very recently.

Like malicewolf said you should send him the proofs and not posting it to the forum. You can not read or you just want attention or both?

I'm going to go ahead an lock this particular topic. There is really no more reason for responses to continue coming into here.

As asked Best, if you have more issues, please forward me the screenshots, videos, w/e you have directly either on PM or via skype (.

If you'd like to make a spam topic to call out other's, you are welcome to due such (just keep it respectful please).

Spikey has done nothing wrong by stating his post (especially as you haven't sent me the requested items...).
