yeah, I think I have a solution for dealing with glitchers whenever their fat fingers manage to yield them an extra turn or two, I use 2 of the highest kits I can buy this sends a message that they will not win, no matter what unless they make a heat mech with more than 60 heat  I won't say who it was, but GOD I hate cheaters

Best thing to do is report them with proof but if you are cheating in the video as well I am guessing you won't be reporting yourself.
