Multi resistance kits are a medal with 2 sides.
I don't like them too, but I've always one in the pocket
(meantime I use them passiv-when opponent use->I use too)
but they exist, I can pay and why not?

So I had a few battles with a guy named granjas.
I won some, he won some. OK.
Then one battle he beat me after using a +190hp kit (rare).
By the way:
He using a dragon torso, 2 swords and multi resistance modul (also rare).

Next battle I got him again as opponent, and (shame on me ?) I used my multi resistance kit.
He (She?) quit immediately !
Wow. Real sportsman.
Come on granjas, where are your balls?
I think we fight vs not to level up, not for money, not for ranking up in the list.
I think we fight for having fun, beat other players(and get beaten by them)
So finally: this goes out to all.
Please, don't quit because of opponent using Multi resistance.
Thats not spirit of the game.
Multi resistance kits are used out of the same reason why you use dragon torso, 2 swords and multi resistance modul.
You want to fight and you want to win.
You want to see your opponents mech explode.
You don't want him to QUIT.
And please: this should not escalate to a bashing battle.
I just want to give my opinion about this.

I've played against Israpro, and although it was clear at some point of battle that he/she can't win, he/she didn't quit. It should be told, too.

I never quit even when I know I am likely or for sure going to lose. I have said this in a number of threads why quit do what you can then tinker some with your ride and see if you can win one.

This is the primary reason I think resists should be limited at two types being able to be equiped on the mech. Every build should have one hole to be exploited by the enemy. Otherwise it is just who pays the most money and uses all rare equipment.

Also I started a thread a while ago that if you have oppenets out there you wish to tip your hat too, you could list them there for all to see.

About quits, if someone doesn't quit, he still can get credits and xp. But if he quits he won't get anything. not a single credit or xp. And it also is recorded as a loss, so quitting doesn't make sense. If you're sure that your opponent will defeat you and you want this to end, just make it easier for the opponent. And he will finish you off. Quitting is for someone who HAS TO quit, not for someone who doesn't want to play a losing battle. Know that well, and spread it when you can...
