The first week or two I played I always received them. Now I rarely do.

Also on my old account, I quit playing after the daily login rewards were introduced, and I always got them when I logged in the next day. (Usually in the morning).

Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there a certain time period I need to login in at?

If you open crates at 1st January 2017,12.00 AM,You can open more crates at 2nd January 2017,12.00 AM.

That's how the crates system work!
