It's the second time that a friends, with my code, arrive at level 30.

But when I go to collect the rewad, the system shuts down.
1 times can happen, but 2 no.

There is something wrong!!!

Sorry to hear this.

Have you checked your inventory? The items of the box should still be there!

There is no "NEW" Sign,but the items still at there

ok, even the third has reached the level 30, but also

Can I get my keys reset?

stuck at lvl 25 and the players quit the game tnx to apparently the game crashing non stop in one of the past updates
