I "claimed" my level 30 reward of a mythical item, except that the game just froze and I had to close and relaunch the game, when I checked my inventory, I didn't see any new mythical item. I keep checking everyday but I don't see a new mythical item in my inventory. I am playing on the latest version of the app on iOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 4 if any of that information helps.

clear cache,cookies and historic ,your item should be in your inventory check to see if you got a mythical you did not have before

yep if u dont claim it it automatically comes in invetory
