Unfortunately, forces me to agree with Tacticsoft lately is not corresponding to the players' expectations seems more concerned with the release of the new item (mythical) to pack Those made and had failed to kongregate and Box stapled and more and the number of complaints only this increasing and the longer it more the situation is becoming unsustainable or take drastic and definitive measure or the players began to leave the game and these solutions must be taken as soon as possible and in contact with shouldnt administrator and gather all your staff and act there is nothing to say that you need now is action.

And i agree but i agree with mythicals in general if you get a mythical with the 1st PVP box (That silver one that takes 2 wins) You basically dominate both PVP and Campaign until level 12

Also i have 2 accounts that i just created yesterday (Still trying to get a better mech than my ImNotDead account (Which is a Black skull but only got there by luck since my mech is gold skull worthy) and neither of them can get past the purchasing of premium as it just says Connection Failed and sends me back to the login screen.

I had the same/similar problem. I couldn't use my tokens in any way (premium, chests, keys), it would just disconnect me whenever I tried to.
Sent a ticket to SM Bug Report Center, and it was fixed by tomorrow.
Now, I don't know if they had problem with purchasing on their part, or was it just my account. Anyway, it's fixed now (for me).
If your problem is still persisting, a ticket might just help.
