I don't have a picture for it, but I saw a guy with a lvl-3 A-Ray.


Hax? I mean, it doesn't do anything to the A-ray, it just that the A-Ray/resistance drainers can't have a power level.

I remember that a few months ago it was possible to level up resistance drainers ... it's probably an old player.
