This glitch happens sometimes when you inspect other people's mechs. When you look at the other person's mech it doesn't show and then that's when the game stops, and when u hit refresh or close-re open the tab you get the "connecting to server" pop-up although it won't connect at all. the only way to get rid of it after is to wait for awhile untill it goes away wich takes a few minutes. i kno it might not be that bad of a glitch, but is pretty annoying
