 Post subject: Ladder rank leveling issue

Hello there!

I have recently hit level 16 in the ladder rank, however, when I leveled up, it sent me to 15. I tested the see if it work the other way around (down grade level 15 to 16 by losing stars) and it sent me back to 16 when I lost my stars. Please fix this issue.
