 Post subject: Account making bug

This has become a problem. I was fine playing under "New Player" and finally decided to make an account. It skipped the tutorial, which is fine. But that means I wasn't given anything so I can't battle or shop. Even gifts and packages don't work. Is there anything that I can do about this?
