 Post subject: My mech dissapeared..

So I was playing, I went to the upgrade menu on the mobile game. I was upgrading an item and it froze so I closed the app and reopened. When I did my mech was gone but when I go to the upgrade window all my mech weapons and gear and stuff is there but when I go to the main thing to assemble him it doesn't show the parts I've logged many hours and well wow. What do I do? I've tried logging out and back in waiting and stuff just doesnt work
