I've been playing for 2 days now and I've become a level 13 but that's not the point. I've noticed that sometimes when battling, the game will automatically skip my turn resulting in a lose for me . I have told this to one of my friends in the game and a couple of other people I've come across and they all say they've had the same situation before!!

In my experience this has happened due to poor connection. I find playing at the lowest graphics settings speed things up a bit, so I don't miss any turns. Also frequently resetting my router, clearing cache and cookies, helps too. If these don't work, let me know and I'll pass it on to someone with more knowledge than me
