Hi SM Devs,

I just logged into SM to see that the holiday sale has gone online, and as usual you guys were good to give us 2 free gold boxes. Now I went into the shop to claim my free boxes when I opened one it logged me out and gave me that screen that something broke and to refresh, when I logged back in free boxes were gone and I don't have any now. Unfortunately for me I thought it would log me back in and I would still have those so did not take a pic

Is this something that can be looked into, I would appreciate if I can get those back.

If you opened the first one and it logged you out then you still get the items (They are in your inventory). But the 2nd box is gone I don't know much about this and I hope you will get it back.

thanks Cyborgie, I didn't even get to see the items so not sure how to know which ones are new anyways no issues there but second gone as well is not good.
