So there I was, rat a tat, kaboom, victory! I reached level 30. I was also playing an insane mission. So loads of loot crates...yay!!!

When all of a sudden, it hangs. My heart fell. All my loot, my level 30 bonus and all the coin I earned, gone. I thought if I restarted I would at least get to restart and earn it again. But no.

I'm now level 30, loot less and bonus less.

Anyone been through the same?

Hello,

Please check your inventory - the items should be in your inventory even though you didn't get the "cards". The server credits you the items before showing you any pop ups and wont try to send the pop up again if you crash, even though you did get the items.

If not, please clear your cache and check again to make sure.

Thanks for the reply. So I'm playing the game on my iPad. How do I clear cache? Also I didn't notice any new items in my inventory. I also lost out on the rest of the crates I earned. The first two were xp points which levelled me up to 30. At the level up screen it hung, and I also lost the level 30 bonus.

Love the game though.

On iPad you can do so by reinstalling the application.
