 Post subject: I did not receive an item I bought with tokens

Hi, I originally saved up all my tokens to get the limited time offer mech that cost about 190. come to find out, it got stuck on the loading screen and I had to refresh the page. But now when i logged back in I do not have the items but the tokens were taken out. Can anyone help?
