First of all, Why did you revive this 3 month old topic of mine?

And secondly, I have figured out how.

I logged in my account in the development client, and when you level up in that client, you will get a 100 token prize. Then, that account you used to play in the dev client, will then have 100 tokens when you log in into the production server.

So, because of that, thats probably the reason why the admins/ developers have put up a password in the development client.
