Adding to MetalRocks post this is true and my experience in screenshots below, I have cleared my cache, cookies and tried multiple browsers no solution:

transitioning between mech inventory and ladder ranking and battles and chat all of them I have faced this issue:

Check your internet connection,Unstable server sometimes causes by Internet Connection or maybe your computer is slow.

I have 1GB/s connection and I have ethernet connection.

I have the same problems since several days !

It s not internet, not my pc.

For me it's the server or maybe the game with the last update.

Please repair i m gonna give up soon if it persist :(

Jack has nothing to do with internet connection, if it was just me I would understand and try different things but when a lot of people are complaining its not everyones internet connection right.

+ I have 75 GBPS connection which streams and plays online games like a champ :) and this was working before why all of a sudden after the update started giving these issues.
