I leveled up from a "bonus box" (the day five bonus box) which game me 100 xp. I only needed 1 xp to level up to level 30. As the XP bonus apparently is applied before the game completely loads I am now level 30 and didn't got the two mythics.



Something similar has happened before to me on level 25, where I didn't get the two legendaries, but I let it slip as those one can get from regular boxes, unlike mythicals...

(actually, I didn't login for several days after logging off with that XP number in level 29, because I feared exactly this would happen... while opening the reward box I was hoping: "Please no XP!". And it was XP. And it did happen: No rewards.)

I am a quite good player, I got to level 3 of the ladder rank easily, however, I cannot bear to keep on playing without those rewards.

Please rectify the error.



As a reccomendation for fixing this overall in the game, I would say that level-up rewards should not be instant but rather something that appears somewhere and you can "click" to claim after passing that level. In this way, such errors would be easily preventable.

Yeah i Had this happen when I got level 15 I think there was suppose to gold also and token for level. Did get Mythical. At level 25 it seems one legendary card was up for me to pick but I am not sure if the 2nd was in my inventory or not. This was like month ago (so i don't need.) As for the level 30 reward I think one popped up and one was found in the inventory.

I have 2nd account progressing but haven't run into these issues again. Will note if I find anything or what causes it.
