I think this is fairly self explanatory.

By the way, while we do not ban on first offence usually, harassing any players on the forum (Complaint/misbehavior? You can tell us! Some banter is fine too when appropriate, trying to start/take part in some form of public hanging... That'll be considered harassment) can have very dire consequences.
