Hey, I had a red cutter, and when I unequipped it, it turned into a blue cutter in my inventory - it was a good weapon, any chance I can have it back?

Are you sure you are looking right? Have you tried clearing your cache?

In the actual system (behind the scenes) items are all unique with their own ID, colors and "Marks" mean nothing as each is a totally separate item (we just make them look and name the same). So the odds of a red cutter turning into a blue cutter are about as high as a red cutter turning into a Godmode, a bug we're currently unaware of. As you can imagine, this means it's incredibly rare for the bug to actually change it to an item that is logically similar...
