It has gone long enough..... Find the issue already... You can't just always rely on players aswel to do it...

I log on and go straight to battle, as I switch my mech (PAIN) I realise my mech has missing modules.... As I "LOSE" I check my mechs stats and completely no modules was on it....

I thought this was fixed already... Well it's obviously not!!! I've dropped my rank and obviously "WASTED" my "TIME"!!!

"We" have also had it with the "clear your cache" excuse... It's more than that obviously.....

It's not only me complaining but a whole lot.... It's already TIME TO GET IT FIXED!!!!

Hardwork for nothing.... Down the drain -.- really and totally unfair.... ..|..

Get it together!!! We deserve more than a loss from your guys system stuff up!!!!!!

Sorry to hear of this experience.

Could you elaborate on what was wrong exactly? Did it originally have modules that "disappeared" or ...?

Could you elaborate on what was wrong exactly? Did it originally have modules that "disappeared" or ...?

As usual I refresh the supermechs app on my phone.. But all my mechs already have modules with all slots filled... But this is the second time when I refresh and return with missing modules and mechs disassembled...

Are the modules gone from your inventory as well? Is this on a 3G or WiFi connection?

Seems like a connection issue of sorts.

It seems (to me) like you're losing connection behind the scenes as you're in your workshop, then it fails to save to our server, and then when you visit it again and it loads the old one from the server. Is this possible?
