 Post subject: I bought tokens and i never recieve them!!! Help me ASAP

I am using an android tab and when i first tried to buy 1000token, the buy options didnt came out. After opening and closing the app, i finally see the buy options and i accepted the purchase. There was a very long loading screen and i exited the app thinking that the token was alrdy there. I went back and my token wasnt there n i checked my bal n it was alrdy deducted. Please help me, btw i used Redeem to purchase it. Thanks for ur help.

Sorry! We'll help you with this ASAP.

Could you force stop or uninstall the app and open it again?

Any tokens bought should end up on your account, even if the game doesnt sync them due to a networking problem. (3g instead of wifi by any chance?)
