Hi everyone!

Some minutes ago, I'd still 51 token on my account.
Normaly... I use the app version for android.
Todays afternoon - I switched to my computer.
Some minutes ago... I wanted to get a power kit for 50 token.
Before - everything worked fine.
Then I clicked on it - it was loading, loading, loading - nothing happened.
So I decided to refresh my browser.
I was automatically re-welcomed (welcome back, ...).
Then I looked into the right place in my inventory (I have spent tokens a few times for kits like this so I know where to search.)
There was nothing.
But by looking on my interface, it shows me: 1 token left.
So there has happened a failure somewhere in the progress.

Is there any possebility to get the 50 token back or the power kit I wanted them to spend for?

50 token... are not much.
But would be a little pitty if I'd lost them totally.

I've tried a few times to log off and log on - on my computer or once via app.
Neither the item or the tokens are back in my account/inventory.

ive had a similar problem with item boxes. it wouldnt load so i just refreshed the page. my credits were gone but i still got the items. you might have been lagging and had some connection issues but i dunno.

I still haven't received it yet.
Neither by web version nor app.
Seems that I'll have no chance to get them back?
Maybe somewhen an official will answer.

As I said - no big money, but a pitty if bought and lost.

At first - thank you very much. I got the tokens I lost back.

Then I tried what I first wanted to do another time.
Result: Same problem. Loading and nothing. Tried to refresh, log off, on.
Happened with power kit for 50 tokens with web version.
(Emptied the 50 tokens and no power kit received for 2nd time.)
*I will now try to empty my cache - like in first thread here.
Maybe that helps.
Look into my account to proof for what I write is true.

If nothing helps, please help me another time. (same problem, 2nd time)
I then would try it on android aain. There it always
somwhen worked. Even with loading before.

And then maybe you plz look what can course
that problem on web version with power kits.

It is a kind of strange -
that everything worked very! fine before -
and just the click onto the power kit stopped it.
