my name is juggernaut

the game keeps freezing and my battles get counted as a loss 4times now
so can you plz take 6 of my 10 losses away as theses were not my fault

Would you know when/why they froze, exactly?

it ok all is fixed now and iv managed to regain what i lost had to take a few days off due to family problems but all is ok now just fustrating when haveing losses that are due too in game problems and losses are not the players fault

is there eny way of have some sort of game id's or time date stamp so if players record there battles thay can send a recording of the bug to you to look at and to prove the problem is there to help you and the players ???

Even with that it's unlikely we'd face the same bug, or else it could be reproduced very easily by you as well just by watching the replay of the battle.

Do you have multiple accounts by any chance?

that's true ! well the bug has gone now so all ok

no I only have one account this one (same as battle dawn) as the log in is the same details

iv only ever had one as on battle dawn it was against the rules to have more then one account but I do here that players have more then one account on supermechs is this not against the rules ???

cos top players could use them to get in to clans in 2-4 th place and manipulate battle wins and losses to help keep there clan as top clan on there outher account ??

It is against the rules but broken often on Super Mechs.

For now we're kind of letting it happen, but we may act on it in the future. In SM cheating affects less people than in BD, so right now our key priority is to make the game more fun for as many people as possible...

I enjoy supermechs a lot thou I don't agree on some things in the game I still enjoy it more so then battle dawn witch I feel is dead to me now top alliances all ways the same then back stabbing sub's ect!! im sure you have had loads of feed back on stuff like that but for me supermechs is doing well and has been getting a lot better
