So I bought the 200 token pack, it showed up I tried to buy an item then it was stuck loading, I refreshed the page and it said I had 11 tokens, as if I never got the 200, please help!

Sorry to hear this, hopefully we can resolve this ASAP!

We never really remove tokens after they were granted. Have you checked your inventory?

There's a good chance you got the items you purchased, but they ended up in your inventory (instead of in a pop up as intended).

It's a bug that's been around for a while now that occurs when the server got the request to buy a package, but the client did not receive its contents. On a refresh, it simply sees the contents of the box in your inventory, instead of as a box.
