Hello, I have tried to get my account back (Infinity) but I just cant :\


I lost the account to some sneaky player that took it, although I don't know how it has been lost, the email was changed as was the password I hope you guys can help me out.

I'm afraid if someone else has the account details there is nothing we can do if we can't send the details to an email account in your name then I don't think that we can help.

I'm sorry however the only advice I can give you is to protect your account details and if anyone asks for them do not give them away no matter how tempting/convincing they are.

It's against our rules to give out passwords or share accounts, this is pretty much why :\

We can't ever confirm the true owner 100% sure, so when this happens there's pretty much nothing we can do....

Best you can do is make a new account. Sorry.
