Twice i have paid for tokens and not recieved any. Please advise on how to rectify this problem.

Hey there,

Very sorry to hear this. Sometimes they can take a while to arrive (up to about 24 hours for regular payments, up to over a week for eChecks or gift cards, gift cards may end up not working in which case no money is taken).

Could you email me (alexander (at) tacticsoft (dot) net) with your payment method and if possible transaction ids, username?

Then i'll help you further ASAP.
