On the top ranks chat in every langguage , you cant reveive private messages on top ranks ( challenge invitation does though ) , if someone pm you when yu are on top ranks chat , like when i return to global chat after 5 minutes in the top ranks chats , i got alot of PMs from my friends , hope i didnt wrong :p
