Have you tried resetting the password? You can do that by clicking on the '
I forgot my password' link on the forum login page. From there, just enter in the email address associated with the account you are trying to retrieve and the password for said account in the corresponding boxes.

Note: The email address is key, if you have forgotten the email address or cannot log into it for whatever reason then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do really.

I know my email address but it says that email/username is incorrect.

Are you entering the one for your aimitt account because if you are then it won't work. You need to type in the one that is associated to your UltimateGuard account.

I Think Its Deactivited!Please Activate It!

Only Administrators can manually re-activate accounts.

If you think your account is deactivated, send an email to one of the staff and maybe they can help.

Account deactivation is a security system employed to prevent permanently hijacking accounts based of single sessions (e.g. brother gets on your pc..), we don't want to end up crippling our own security.
