I update my torso to power level 8, but do not dive me a 10000 tokens.

Im not Alexander, But i can help you(:
I had this problem, And i also posted in the forum, In was about my legs "Cannon feet"
The achievement is level to get it to level 8. But when i got mine to level 8, Nothing happened? But my Cannon Feet only do +7 stomp damage on power level 8. You infact have to upgrade it to power level 9 to get the achievement.
Because before you upgrade it at all, Its already at power level 1. So thats skipping power level 0. Just upgrade it to power level 9, Youl be good (:
