 Post subject: No upgrades after completing campaign levels.

I have beaten all normal campaign levels but I don't receive upgrades anymore after replaying a level despite destroying the small containers that hold them. This started happening about a week ago, and no i'm not gonna clear my cache/cookies. Is this glitch happening to anyone else?
