Im level 30 but i was level 21 earlyer and i dont have the tokens for ranking up what happended and can i fix it.

Oh my god..

It was a glitch when they changed the level requirements, So they gave everyone a free gold box :p
And if you say you didnt get a free gold box, Your trying to scam another one honestly. Because i got a free one and i was at level 30 before they changed the level requirements. To receive you gold box, head over to where you buy them and the godl box should say "Free" Click on it and there you go (:

Hey there, sorry for the inconvenience.

We gave out gold boxes to everyone as compensation for this, hopefully that makes this right for you as well.

But i still think it's a little unfair. Did everyone get a free gold box? If they did it's unfair since the people who already was lvl 30 just earned a gold box for not doing anything :?:

Everyone got a gold box, EVERYONE. Try and but a gold box and it will say you have one for free. Level 3's Would of got one, Level 20's and level 30's

when they added u get 10 tokens every time you level up i was already level thirty

Yeah but the ones who already were lvl 30 didn't lose anything and got a gold box. And those who where say lvl 24 lost 60 tokens and some gold, and got a gold box. I mean i would like to go back to lvl 24 (which i was before the update) and grind my way up to 30 again so i could buy a gold box (i have 124 tokens right now) but now i can't since i can't lvl up anymore. I would even go back to lvl 24 and earn as much xp as you needed before the update to be lvl 30 (i think you needed 80k xp?) so that i wouldn't lose my 60 tokens.

I was level 27 when they added that feature in, I already asked if they could back pay tokens but they cant, I only got 30 Tokens :cry:

Well i think a 15% Chance at Mythicals and a 30% chance at legendarys is better that 60 Tokens don't you think? Mind you Gold Boxes are worth 140 Tokens.
Let alone a silver box.
I dont have a clue why your complaining.
