If you are wondering what my title means, I joined the game from apps.id.net/super-mechs. And that time, I never knew supermechs.com even existed!

So, most of you know my real account is named "Xx_Mega-|3luz_xX". And, that site have removed Super Mechs from apps.id.net. So, maybe that may have just, caused problems.

Anyways, my big question is, can I retrieve that account data back? That was the account of mine with the highest amount of xp (and far most, my most reliable account) which consists of more than 600,000.

Oh and yes, that site uses cookies. Anywho, if you are willing to help, thank you in advanced! :)

EDIT:

If the emails may be included, tell me.

I think so, because I saw your screenshot from SM General Chat.

Hey there,

This has been forwarded internally and will hopefully be solved soon.

I'll also take a look at your account if you like.

Thanks for reporting!

Just checked out the site, I had to sign up so i did.
I then got to the supermech game and i used my very first account to sign in, Which is not this one. I forgot the password to it and guessed it 2 years later xD
And i could login to my account? I dont know if this helps but i could battle (I lost) and all that, My mech was there and everything.. I dunno :/
Maybe the Devs could delete your old account, and create a new one with the same username and password and all that? Like clone your SM Account?
Just thinking :/

EDIT: So the site isn't letting you on SM? Or does it seem your account is gone? I know there was a massive login bug a few days ago, and i know your smart enough to clear your browsing data before posting anything.
Does the apps.id site include a contact email or a forum or anything?

You log into SM via an apps.id account?

Well yeah, I thought the game was removed from their site so i went to test it, it was still there and i logged in to one of my old accounts because i no longer use it, And i don't really trust the site. And it all worked fine, I still rather SM.com because the backrounds completly back and for some reason i can only see half the window :p
